Yahoo has a new feature called Y!Clubs. If you have a specific interest group, need a place for family to gather, or want to keep in touch with your crafting circle, this is the answer. You can join Clubs that already exist or create your own private Club. You will require that you sign on with a Yahoo Mail account before creating or joining a Club. You can configure My Yahoo to show new messages in the club, your event calendar, and more. Clubs provide you with a message area, chat room, photo area, calendar, and other useful tools to keep your group informed and organized. You invite members to join your club right from the club page, or place a link on your page. The chat room includes many great features, private chat request, away modes, preset 'emotion' that are absolutely hilarious, the ability to use different color text, and more. To Join or Create a club, go to the page link and read Yahoo!'s information and follow the steps outlined. |
