Mgr. Ing. Jan ŠELDER was graduated from the Law Faculty of the Charles University in Prague. He also graduated from the Enteprise faculty of the University of Economie in Prague. From 1994 he was employed as attorney at law in Law Office JUDr. Lubomír Vojvodík. In 1991-1994, he was a member of Communal Parliament and Legislature Commision of City Council in Prague 4. He was publicated as law advisor in Hospodářské noviny, Blesk, Večerník Praha and Computerworld. From 1996 he is lector on University of Economie. He speaks Czech, Slovak, English, Russian and a litlle German.
