xme220.zip - Xing Mpeg Encoder v2.20, needed to "join" the
converted MPEG video and audio files.
DVD2MPG 1.16 - Instructions (included in dvd2mpg116.zip) :

1. Uninstall any previous versions of DVD2MPG and the Panasonic encoder.
2. Make sure DirectX 6.0 or 7.0 with the DXMedia Run Time 6.0 is installed on your system. You can download these files here :

3. You should have downloaded these files :
dvd2mpg116.zip - The actual DVD2MPG program
xme220.zip - XingMPEG Encoder : the same as used in DVD2MPG 1.0 (don't need to re-download)
panenc21.zip - Panasonic Encoder Plug-in 2.1 (new version needed)
extract the contents of each of these zip packages to separate temp directories,
eg.
c:\temp\dvd2mpg\
c:\temp\xme220\
c:\temp\panenc21\
4. Install DVD2MPG first, by running the setup.exe (eg. in c:\temp\dvd2mpg\ )
5. Install the panasonic encoder, using these serials/pass :
Serial : 900-4018000
Password: 8762NGC4594
and when asked where to install to, select the directory that you installed DVD2MPG into
6. Install the XingMPEG Encoder 2.20 is you haven't already. You need to run the xingen22.reg file before installation, or you'll get an error message.
7. You can now safely delete the temp directory used earlier.
