a peaceful city founded in 1953 and located in the west side of Paraguana peninsula,
Falcón State, Venezuela, South America is
in the surroundings of Venezuela´s biggest oil refinery: Amuay Oil Refinery.

square,is in the eastern side of Judibana, . The bust of Simon Bolivar in this square was inagurated ,when Judibana arrived to its first 10 years founded, May 13, 1965.

phrase "Judibana Garden City" was the idea of Hugh Wynne, 7th Amuay Refinery
Manager.
