If I submit an order after business hours for railpasses or rail tickets, when are the four business days counted?

If you submit an order after business hours, it will be counted as received  the NEXT business day, Monday - Friday. Example: If you leave on Tuesday of next week to Europe, the last day Europe Travel Center (ETC) can accept your after hours submission for rail products would be on Wednesday of this week.

When should I make seat reservations on trains? Ideally, between 30-60 days prior to USA departure for standard trains (but no less than 4 business days prior to USA departure) ; this is especially important for train reservations requested from ITALY and EASTERN EUROPE, which can take several days to determine availability. Seat reservations are required for Artesia , AVE ,Talgo Cisalpino , Euromed ,Eurostar, ICE, TGV, Thalys, X2000 trains, and on all overnight trains.
Can ETC deliver rail products to USA mail boxes or APOs? No. Rail products are only delivered to a physical business or home address in the USA. If you are a US resident or citizen in the Armed Forces, or employed overseas, you may instruct ETC to send your order to a USA address, C/O a relative or friend, who will be responsible for mailing them on to you overseas.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
When should I submit requests for cruises, tours, and city package quotes to ETC? ETC cannot accept submissions for city packages, cruises, and tours less than 10 days prior to USA departure. Reserve way ahead, to avoid disappointment, as most tours and cruises sell out months in advance.
Can prices or offers vary? Yes. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and are based on seasonal activity considerations. Some package and rates may not be available during trade show, holiday, or peak season periods.
NON - USA RESIDENTS
I am am not a USA resident, or a referral from current ETC clientele. What services can ETC provide me? Subject to availability, ETC can only sell you cruise only options of three days or more, and reserve space on any of the escorted tours, TOUR ONLY OPTIONS (NO AIR), featured on it's website.

I am a USA based supplier of travel products to Europe. Where can I send my products for promotion consideration on ETC's website?

I am a non-USA based supplier, can I send ETC my travel products for promotion consideration?

No. ETC only markets the travel products of registered USA based suppliers. Please do not email or mail ETC solicitations about your services.

ETC's  business hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, Pacific Standard Time. Email submissions received after hours, or on the weekends, will be counted as received the NEXT business day.
