Everyone who shows rabbits should belong to  a local club. It's like taking care of your own.  You put on a show and then you attend the shows that other clubs put on.  Everyone takes their turn doing the work.  Helping put on a rabbit show is character building!  It also helps you to be able to empathize with other people when things do not go just right with show management.  We belong to the Badger Club and help put on a the big show that is held every year on the second weekend in March, in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
Badger Rabbit Breeders Association charges only $1.00 annual dues.
New members are always welcome
in our club.
If you would like more information please visit the Badger Web Site.
Your Local 4-H Clubs
Click above for National 4-H link
4-H Clubs are a great place for kids, and parents also, to get started in a rabbit project.  Of course, the amount and quality of volunteer leaders makes all the difference in the world.  Maybe there are some experienced rabbit breeders reading this who would love to help out with the rabbit project kids in their own locale.  I highly encourage it!  If the experienced breeders don't get busy and help the next generation of little rabbits breeders, we will see our hobby diminish in the next generation.

Youth get out there and join 4-H!
Adults get out there and volunteer your time and talent!

American Rabbit Breeders Association
Click above for the A.R.B.A.
The A.R.B.A. is the Parent Organization for all the rabbit breeds in the USA.  If you think that you will be doing anything rabbit related for a very long time, you may as well hurry up and join.   Many activities that you may want to pursue in the future hinge on how long you have been a member,   This would include, becoming a registrar or judge, hold a certificate of development or run for officer or director.  You also have to be an A.R.B.A. member to register your animals or exhibit them at an A.R.B.A. National Convention.
Use the link to the right to go to their web site and find out about membership.
