Playa del Carmen, Mexico - 2002
This year we again went to Playa del Carmen. It is about 45 minutes south of Cancun and is much more quaint, lush, and authentic Mexico than Cancun. Although I love Cancun, it is nice to venture further and to experience more of wonderful Mexico. We left on January 31st and returned on February 7th. We had PERFECT weather. We stayed at the Riu Playcar. The pictures below are of this resort.
