Broken Heart by Keith Schulien |
She rushed through the door and up to her room so no one could see her tears "It happened" she thought... “It finally happened!! How could he break up with me???" I thought I was everything he needed!!! We were going out for about two years now so what the hell is WRONG with him?? Oh why the fuck ME!!!!" The next day after much pleading with her father, she was allowed to stay home from school so she spent most of the time on the net and playing games to keep herself from thinking of him but nothing stooped the tears from running down her face. Everytime she closed her eyes she saw him and she couldn’t BARE to have to let him go. It HURT too much!! After making herself some lunch a good online friend of hers came online and after hearing her story, he grew sad and kept saying he wished he could help her some way Around 2 he had to say goodbye and go to work but promised he’d make it up to her. After he logged off she grew VERY mad!! "How DARE he leave me when I need him the most!!! Some friend HE is!!!" The next day was Saturday so she could finally sleep in and not worry about the week but around 10am the doorbell rang which woke her up. The bell kept ringing so she knew she was the only one home to answer and after much debate she finally decided to get the door. Outside was a guy from the local florist and after signing for the delivery she discovered two dozen roses addressed to her!!! She ran to the phone, called her father and when he answered, thanked him a lot for the roses. "Roses?" He asked. "What roses...I never sent anything to you...why dont you go read the card and see who they are from" She walked back to the box and finding the card she read what was written "Im sorry I couldn’t stay and would if I could of...Please accept these and whip those tears from your eyes because your too beautiful and sweet to be hurting" Your friend, Keith Then she remembered something.....She remembered the time when they were ordered 3:30 he went in to work late just so he could order her the flowers and because of it...He was suspended for 10 days but in his eyes he felt it was right For he loves this girl named Stacie |

The Poor Man's Daughter By Keith Schulien |
There once was a poor man who was old as can be and he had a daughter who was beautiful as can be But alas that poor man couldn’t see, the beauty of his daughter Annabelle Lee Now this poor mans daughter didn’t believe that she was indeed beautiful as can be So she would ignore the comments made by men And ignored the looks she received from them Since her father had no sight he couldn’t understand Why the men would call out to Annabelle Lee Everyday that the men would come around to see her The poor man would get scared and send her to his friend Mr. Mee. His friend was blind as much as he that he couldn’t see why the men liked Annabelle Lee. Now, Mr. Mee had a son who thought the same way as Annabelle Lee He thought she was very beautiful but he thought he was plain as can be Though he was rather handsome He would ignore the flirting by the ladies and the looks receive by them And would ignore his fathers pleas to go and be with them He’d just work for his father cutting down trees and would stop to be as sweet as he could be to Annabelle Lee After awhile he fell in love and didn’t know how to tell that sweet girl named Annabelle Lee One day he found her alone in the fields watching the bees He made up his mind to tell that sweet girl named Annabelle Lee That he was in love with a girl named Annabelle Lee After he told her she rose with a start and ran to her father and spilled her heart Hearing the news made the poor man shout.. This is the reason why I sent you to Mr. Mee's Cause his son has a good heart |
