To install the sprays, simply click the image to download the spray, then unzip the *.VMT and *.VTF files into the following directory;
Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\YOUR_STEAM_LOGIN\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos
You should now be able to select the spray from the options section of the in-game menu.
