Evita Immortal is a website dedicated to preserving the integrity of the real life of Eva "Evita" Duarte de Peron.  Her charitable acts, her years as First Lady of Argentina (June 4, 1946 - July 26, 1952), her dedication to Juan Peron and the Peronist movement and of course her descamisado's.  This is not the history of a Broadway musical but rather the true life story of a  woman who rose from obscurity in Los Toldos to fame in Buenos Aires.  Who died much too young but lives on forever in the minds of the people who understand who she really was.
