PHOTO 79-- Flight C-23 : September 16, 1981

A gentle descent provides contrast to a dramatic sky.
After a textbook flight, the rocket landed 830 feet (250 metres) from the point of departure, after completion of 84 seconds in the air.
It was observed that the rocket "gyrated" to some degree while descending, doubtless due to the heavier "dead" mass of the rocket, at 4.1 lbs. (1.85 kg.). Indeed, the descent velocity was noticeably greater than previous.
