I __________________________ do agree to the following terms:
1) No animal will be released to me without my signing thiscontract.
2) If I choose to sell the animal/s I must first offer it/them back to seller for half of the purchase price.
3) I must agree to either have the cage ready prior to purchase or have the seller set one up for me at my cost.
4) If I am found to be neglectful or abusive, the seller has the right to take the animal/s back at no expense to them and I also realize that authorities will be notified.
5) If I am found to be guilty of the above, I will be fined $1500 payable to the seller.
6) If I am going away, I will provide adequate, knowledgable care for my animal/s.
7) Any breech of this contract will result in an automatic fine of $1500 payable to seller.
8) I will research my new animal before i bring it home so that I am knowledgable and understand their care.
9)All animals come with a 72 hour health guarantee starting from the time of pick up.
Please understand that these rules have been put into place to ensure that my joeys go into the best possible homes and that only SERIOUS potential owners apply here.
