By downloading any of my graphics you are agreeing to abide by these terms of use, so please do take a moment to read through this page.

• My graphics are linkware. This means that when you use them on your website, blog or message board post, you must include a link back to http://www.oocities.org/expatpalette
  
  The link must be on the same page that you display the graphic.

• You may use a text link, one of my logos or you can link each individual graphic back to me. Adoptions come with their own certificate which must be linked back to this site.

• You may not offer my graphics for download on your website.

• My blinkies are not part of a 'blinkie swap'.

• UPDATED: You can use my graphics as signatures or avatars on any message board, forum, group or club. You must give me credit in your signature - with a text link or by linking the graphic back to me.
  
  When you use my graphics on forums, you must not direct link. I've found a few people doing this. Instead, download the image to your computer and then upload it to an image hosting service, such as PhotoBucket.

• You may not add my graphics to any forum emoticon list.

• You may not pass my graphics around in yahoo groups or any other group or mailing list. People must come to my site to download my graphics.

• UPDATED: You can use my blinkies or graphics as signature tags in e mails. You must include a link to my site in your e mail.

• You may not alter, recolour, resize or reword any of my blinkies or graphics. You may not add text to any of my graphics - unless I directly state that you can.

• My graphics may not be used to make stationary, banners, buttons, stamps, adoptions, new blinkies or any other 'new' graphics.

• You may not upload my graphics to your website and supply people with the URL, so people can direct link to them from your site.

• Please take the time to install the no-right-click script on your site. You can find it at Dynamic Drive. It's also a good idea to have the Disable Image Toolbar script.
  

• You'll notice that my graphics all end in the filename _expat.gif or _expat.jpg - this is so you'll remember where you downloaded them from. Please keep the file name intact to help you remember to link back.

Don't worry if you originally downloaded my blinkies from Blimmin' Blinkies and are still linking to my old site. I won't 'chase you down' for linking to the old site. If you do have the time, then I would appreciate it if you could update your links. Thanks.
