PASSU COMMITTEE 

The village is run by a Passu Village committee  which consists of a President and eight members. This board consists of seven sub committees who operate in the following areas:

• Arbitration
• Water and Electricity
• Sports 
• Health
• Education
• Marriage and Accident (Mountain Rescue)
• Male and female saving committee

Each of the committees have co-ordinators who sit on the managing board. Any issues which cannot be dealt with at the committee level are resolved at board level.

The people of passu are followers of Islam and specifically the Ismali sector. The village has one Jamat Khana (mosque). There are maximum hundred  houses in the village. The village does have limited electricity. This is shared between two sectors on a daily basis.
