OPPENHEIMER LULLABY

Warning: This Album Contains...
Big stuff from some finally mute All-Stars. The players shut up and let the noise do the talking on this one, a real bottom-feeder, 45 minutes. This WMAS warhead was recorded over the course of a month and it shows. Parts were thought-out, songs were sketched out on posters, and players slipped parts between dense layers of overdubs to churn out one of the most cohesive mountains of sound the All-Stars have yet produced. Heavy drums play a large part in this work's sound, as do clanging metal percusion pieces, tweaked out horns, and synthesized bass. This is epic Walt, unspoiled by his recent vocal lewdness (the doctors say he can't help it). Oppenheimer Lullaby is the real raw deal.
