The shocks shown here are Carreras, which were not what I ended up
with. Similarly, I got different springs as well. That cup shaped
thing at the very top with the bolts in it is used to lock the camber
adjuster. (The other one is sitting on the ground at right.) All IPS
parts are welded tubular or plate steel. This is part of the reason it
saves weight over the stock parts (I estimate at least 60 pounds) and
still remain stronger; materials are used only where they are needed.
The links for the sway bar uses a heim joint on the control arm end.
The control arm pivots use steel sleeves inside polyurethane bushings.
