Founded in 1981, Beyonics Technology Limited is a leading provider of advance contract manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs") in computer storage devkces, medical devices and electronics communication products and a leading manufacturer of precision machining parts for the hard disk drive, electronics and automotive industry.
The contract manufacturing services include printed circuit board assembly, full turnkey system assembly, testing, packing and distribution, manufacturing of plastics injection mould parts and precision stamping parts. The precision machining services include the design and fabrication of tools, die casting and precision machining.
Beyonics Technology Limited aims to grow strategic manufacturing partnerships with its portfolio of world-class, leading-edge customers. This will be achieved through its supply chain leadership, vertically integrated operations, strong customer focus as well as the synergies of its dedicated and motivated management team.

The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 9 November 1994 as part of a restructuring exercise to acquire interests in the following groups: Uraco Precision Engineering Pte Ltd, Acura Manufacturing Ltd, Singapore Precision Stampings Pte Ltd and Vision Venture Pte Ltd.
Uraco Precision Engineering Pte Ltd started in 1981 as a tool and die workshop and has expanded into a group with nine factories located in Singapore, Malaysia and China. The Group produces precision components for MNCs which serve the computer, peripherals and electronics industries.
The principal activity of the Company is that of investment holding. The Group is a leading provider of advance contract manufacturing services to OEMs in computer storage devices, medical devices and electronics communication products and a leading manaufacturer of precision machining parts for the hard disk drive, electronics and automative industry.
The Company changed its name to Beyonics Technology Limited wef 5 February 2001.
FY01 Turnover Contract manufacturing 62.1%, precision engineering 28.7%, distribution 9.2%.
FY01 returned to profit ability due mainly to strong growth in the contract manufacturing busniess
and profit contribution from newly acquisition Techplas. Beyonics expects its turnover to be significantly higher and its profit to grow in FY02.
