Today it is the region's leading independent network systems integrator and e-business enabler. It builds and manages internet infrastructure, implementing online business solutions and delivering value-added networking services for telecommunications operators, service providers and corporate customers across Asia Pacific. It has an extensive network of 60 sales and support offices in 13 countries in the Asia Pacific. Datacraft Asia is a management and investment holding company.
Its holding corporation is Datacraft Asia Hldgs Ltd, incorporated in Bermuda. In November 1997, the Dimension Data group acquired the holding company from KFT Investment Pty Ltd, incorporated in Australia. Dimension Data is a renowned IT company incorporated in South Africa and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
