You are very pleasant to deal with and I like the fact that you have the best interest of the puppies at heart. You went out of your way to make sure my baby got to me in the way that we knew was least stressful for her. She is beautiful, well socialized, and has a great temperment. I found it comforting to be able to talk to you and know exactly what was going on with our baby before she arried at our home.
