MY HISTORY

I have been involved with the breed since December of 2000.  My first Shar Pei, Pixie, was an apricot dilute horse coat who came into my life 12/30/00.  Pixie is now retired but remains here as my beloved Queen Bee.
I am a member of the
CSPCA and Desert to the Sea Chinese Shar Pei Club of Riverside. I have done obedience with some of my pei.  I do show on occassion in the AKC conformation ring when my work schedule permits.
I have shared my life with many Pei since Pixie, and I have loved every single one of them.  Presently, four Shar Pei share THEIR home with me.  My dogs are not kenneled, they have their own room and a spacious yard to play in. They are part of my family first and foremost.

BREEDING
All my breedings are carefully planned.  I am conscious of the serious overpopulation of abandoned and neglected pets in our Country today and have no wishes to contribute to it.  Pets are sold strictly on spay/neuter contracts with Limited AKC registration.  Breeding/Show young adults are available on occassion to established and qualified homes only.
IF YOU BREED YOU SHOULD RESCUE.
Kill Shelters and Rescue Groups ultimately provide care for many unwanted purebred dogs in addition to mixed breeds.  Bringing pups into this world and selling them is not the end of our responsiblity as breeders.  The cruel fact is that although we may not intend our puppies to end up in rescue, they can.   Unwillingly and indirectly, we can contribute to the overload of these centers.  If you breed, be prepared to Rescue or Help Rescue.

GOALS
I believe there is no BAD color in Shar Pei.  I love all colors and produce most colors.  I am a PROUD color breeder.  My heart lies with the blue lines, specifically with the LILAC color.  My personal long term goal is to one day breed and show my own Lilac to AKC Championship.
In short, my
GOALS:
SHAR PEI WITH EXCELLENT TEMPERMENTS
HEALTHY SHAR PEI
SOUND SHAR PEI
LONGETIVITY
