Every knee shall bow. | |||||||||||||||||||||
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12. Peter in speaking of Jesus Christ of Nazareth said in Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Only a person with their head buried in the sand or cloistered behind walls could not see the turmoil of our world. With our natural eye we see wars, strife, famine, and disease epidemics. If we look instead with a supernatural eye we see the war being waged as described in Ephesians 6:12. This is not a war in which our mere mortal lives are at stake but rather our immortal souls. Each of us has a choice, to strive for Jesus Christ or to live outside his grace. In Matthew 7:14 and 15 Jesus tells us to Enter ye at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto light, and few there be that find it. You have found your way here and it can be that you are one of the few that find the strait gate and the narrow way. If you are in search of salvation and want to know how to win your spiritual war you must do as Jesus told Nicodemus in John 3:3 ...Except a man be born again he cannot see the Kingdom of God. He further explained to Nicodemus in John 3:5 that ...Except an man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot see the Kingdom of God. If you ask "How can I be born again or how can I be born of water and Spirit?" Peter answered that very question in Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, repent and be baptized every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Now if you are one of those that believe this was only for the Apostles, first he wasn't preaching to the apostles and in verse 39 he said For the promise is unto you, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. If you are here looking for a promise, you have found the right place. If you would like more information or a Bible study, please contact me by clicking my contact link.
