FYI Progress may seem slow, but believe it or not things are being accomplished. The entrances along Harrison Street have gotten a facelift, keep watching for additional improvements in landscaping! Our new neighborhood watch signs have arrived ~ your neighborhood funds purchased these! Keep Kids Alive, Drive 25 signs will also be ordered with neighborhood funds as soon as our account reflects a bit more stability in dues being donated from residents. These will be placed on the busier main streets of the community. The SID has purchased and installed benches and picnic tables for the common areas and a bubbler fountain for the large pond. |

THANK YOU To all residents who have donated to the neighborhood fund. This fund is used to pay for neighborhood events (such as the the Easter Egg Hunt, the Block Party, and the Fall Bonfire), neighborhood directories, small improvements, and the neighborhood watch. Please pay half dues of $60 to either your street rep or Deb Fry. By contributing to the fund, you keep the homeowners' association operating until the common areas are turned over to us when development is complete. If enough of us don't contribute, we may be forced to assume control of the common areas sooner, accelerating a dues increase to $125 annually and ending funding by the developer. |
