Here are my requirements to win one of my awards.
The site must show creativity.
The site should not be over done by gifs.
The site should not have any broken links and must be completed.
The site does not have to be about er. In fact it can be about any thing.,
Due to legal reasons I can not give the award out to a person under the age of 14.
