| Daniel Jacob Radcliffe was born in West London, England, on the 23rd of July 1989. He has wanted to be an actor since he was just 5 years old, although he had to convince his parents that it was a good idea. He 1st wanted to audition for a part in the movie Oliver Twist, but had to convince his parents 1st. By the time he went to audition, it was too late. He has been in many films, the 1st in 1999 at the age of 10, starring in the film David Copperfield, as "young David." His most recent film, (where he plays the lead role, Harry Potter,) is Harry Potter and the Prisonar of Azkaban, & before that Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, which were both very successful films. His latest film, due to be released in November 2005, will be Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire. He has been nominated for many different awards, but has also won quite a few as well. When he's asked what he "wants to be" when he's older, he has said maybe a director, actor or writer. He has many hobbies: writing, sport & music to name a few. I think whatever Daniel decides to do in the futire, he will be very successful. Besides, he's reportedly got half the female population that now complete & utterly adore him, so I think he'll always have plenty of fans! |
