For the most part, our team skates at and around the K.B.M / Morna region.. You will find alot of us there.
Matt Smith and Allan Cardinal came up with the team and recruited all the members.
Skating on a team of friends is for the most part more encouraging and fun.. The Flipped team is all about having a good time, and putting the competition last.. But without a little competition, where's the excitement?
All of us on Flipped are from Saint John or surrounding area's.. We all skate at the K.B.M rec. center and got to know each other by skating together almost everyday.. After that it all just kinda fell into place thanks to Matt and Allan.
Flipped is a team that encourages each other to try their hardest to accomplish something they are having difficulty with.. being there for each other before someone breaks a deck or an ankle is a great team trait shared by all of the members.
Well, Matt Smith is currently in the process of getting sponsored by a local shoe company called "Green-Lee Shoe" But other than that, not many of us have even tried.
