Part 9 Finis

Several solar days later Aeryn sat up and scooted to the edge of the bed. John grabbed her. "Where are you going?"

"We're finished. I'm going to my room." She turned her smokey eyes to his.

"Stay. We've just started." He ran his hand down her arm and pulled her back to him. John started to massage her muscles. "See what you would have missed?" He grinned. She smiled lazily at him.

Aeryn waited until John was snoring and quietly left. John woke up, frowned when he couldn't find her, wrapped the bed covering around himself and padded off to Aeryn's room. He slid in beside her, wrapped her up in his arms and fell back asleep. Aeryn woke up, extricated herself,
looked around and gave a big sigh. She grabbed her clothes, dressed and left the room. John woke up, wrapped himself in Aeryn's bed covering and padded back to his room, a small smile on his determined face. The room was empty, Aeryn no where to be found. He dressed and headed off to look for her. He finally found her at the command console. D'Argo nodded a hello from his post at the opposite comm. He walked up to Aeryn, flung an arm around her and
kissed her deeply.

"What are you doing!" She eventually pulled away and hissed tossing a glance at D'Argo. "Were you this dominating with your other lovers?"

"Don’t think so. But then I’ve apparently never been in love before." He whispered in her ear and kissed her neck.

He looked to D'Argo who was glowering at him. "She's my woman. Get used to it."

He whispered in Aeryn's ear. "You're going to get a good morning kiss either in *our* room or where ever I find you. Think about it." He gave her a last squeeze and swaggered out of the room. Aeryn turned with a twitchy frown watching him leave. Turned back to her console as a big grin spread across her face.

D'Argo growled. "Humans." And shook his head as he resumed his study of his console.

The End
