Author's note: My first addendum, this is about the ep where they stopped doing closure for us 'Shippers. No A&J making up? I don't think so! So I thought I would write this little scene to clear things up between our two fave characters. AERYN&JOHN FOREVER!

Disclaimer: I don't own Farscape. Wish I did but don't. FS belongs to lost of people who know who they are and don't need me to name them. I'm just borrowing A&J and will return them, clothes a bit rumpled and in need of a shower, but returned.

Rating: PG-13 I think.

Archiving and Feedback: Archiving...hmmm let me think.. um NO!. Feedback, GOD YES!. I live for feedback, and welcome anything. Questions, Comments, Concerns, Flames (never got one, but might be nice) are all good things. Please don't hesitate to tell me your feelings.

Commander John Crichton strolled to Command. Pilot had refused to tell him where Aeryn was so he had decided to start his shift in early.

John walked by the Terrace and peeked in. It was one of Aeryn's favorite places so he wasn't surprised to find her there. Aeryn Sun, former PeaceKeeper Commando, sat quietly, arms around her drawn-up knees. John watched her for several moments; she looked so innocent and childlike, a major change from her usual strong-minded-woman-with-a-gun motif. As John slowly approached Aeryn didn't move, even as he sat down next to her. She sat with her head on her knees and she stared out at the vast expanse of stars before them.

"Aeryn?" John asked questioningly. Aeryn sighed, but still did not acknowledge him. "Ok, you don't have to talk, just listen. I want to say how sorry I am for speaking to you the way I did. I didn't mean any of it." When Aeryn didn't respond John got up and turned to leave.

"It's ok, if th... tha... that's the way you feel...." Aeryn replied. John looked back at her confused.

"Wha... no... Aeryn listen to me, I didn't mean what I said at all. I was angry and I'm just tired of being...I don't know. I just want to go home and I'm tired of you... and the others making me feel like I'm an idiot. Back on Earth everyone treated me with respect. How do you think that DK and I were able to do the Farscape project in the first place? Now I'm halfway across the galaxy and what I know is almost useless." Aeryn looked up at him. Eyes sparkling, watching him talk.

"John, I'm sorry, I know we are... well... mean to you. We did drive you to leave and when Moya starburst D'Argo and I made sure that we turned around right away. When you were gone we all realized what you meant to us. I'm sorry we treated you badly and... and...We're glad to have you back." Then she added more softly, "I'm glad you're back."

John looked down at her in surprise. "You missed me?" Aeryn just smiled and looked back up at him.

"Crichton, Aeryn, I need your assistance, Tier 7." Came D'Argo's voice over comms.

"Be right there D'Argo." John responded and held out his hand to Aeryn. She took his hand and he pulled her to her feet. He tried to free his hand from her's but she held it tightly. Aeryn started to walk to Tier 7 but John held her back, pulling her close.

"Did you really miss me?" John asked again, squeezing her hand.

"Yes." Aeryn said, although she whispered it so softly John didn't hear. He just smiled and tentatively put his arms around her and pulled her into a hug. Aeryn dropped his hand and wore a slightly confused look on her face.

John pulled her closer and felt her body start to relax as she rested her head on his shoulder. Aeryn snaked her arm around his waist and the other she rested on his opposite shoulder. "John?" she asked as he kissed her cheek lightly.

"Wha...?" John responded before he took her hand off his shoulder and kissed her palm. "Somethin' wrong?" John asked, running his hand down Aeryn's cheek. "You look frightened, am I scaring you?"

The side of Aeryn's mouth quivered and her eyes shimmered, as if close to tears. "Not scared... never scared." She whispered softly.

"Who are you trying to convince, me or you?"

"I'm not scared, just confused. What are you doing?" Aeryn said with a curious smirk. He loved that curious, slightly evil grin in her eyes. John smiled at her.

"You never cease to amaze me," John said as he caressed her back with the palm of his hand. "One moment you look like your gonna cry the next your back to your usual cocky self. How do you do it?"

"Just a gift, and I wasn't about to cry." Aeryn said slightly defensively, pushing away from his arms. She tried to break free, but he held her to him tightly.

"Oh, no you don't, come here." John said as he put his hand on the back of her head. He looked into her eyes searching for fear, or disapproval. Finding none he kissed her, lightly but passionately. Aeryn kissed back, pulling him towards her and kissing him hard. She pressed her body against his and smiled when she felt just how much he was enjoying the kiss.

"Crichton, Aeryn, I need you now!" D'Argo said, interrupting the kiss and startling them both.

"Yes, sorry D'Argo, we're coming."

"We'll be right there." John added.

"Alright come on then." John said letting go of her and walking down the hall.

"The strangest creature I have ever met." Aeryn said after him as she followed him down the hall to Tier 7.
