Aeryn , an ex-peackeeper . All her life , a peacekeeper of the pliesar regement.
When her prowler had been caught in a leviathans starburst her own people regected her and her life changed. A human named Crichton had changed her life...... And ended it , Scorpius's neural clone had distroyed him .

Now she was surrounded by a strange world of deep blue , all she could see . but through this surrean mist she could just make out the world she had known for the past couple of cycles ; but so distant. The blue now subsided , she could now see that she stood on a vast plane . The sky crimson , dewy grass beneath her feet . the entire aerea was surrounded by mountians that aeryn could not reconize , a stream tricled down one of the moutains : occansionally some strange tipe of tree with strange needlelike leaves. Aeryn felt a strange peace inside her that she'd never felt before . This stream ran into a vast lake , which was crowned by some sort of rush . There was a cool breeze in the air

"it's beutiful isn't it?" siad a soft vioce from the side of her . Gilina. She was wearing deep blue satin dress , Aeryn thought it suited her well

"what ........ is this place?"

"the end of the road . This is where everything finely comes to rest , where time ends"

"I , can't stay . Crichton"

"Aeryn , you have to let go , so he can."

"but I need to see him"

Gilina seemed to fade , then , she wasn't there , soon where she had stood was a yong subacean . She wore crison , though it still resembled gilina's . Aeryn did not need to be told who this was . Lo'Lann. This time she siad nothing for a while then spoke up

"Aeryn , this is your choice . You alone must deside when you are ready to go"

Aeryn did not know what to do , she had never beleived in an after life , but this . She didn't want to go, she had to much to loose. She looked up , Lo'Lann had left , just as suddenly as Gilina had , and now , beside her was a pilot . Moya's first Pilot . Aeryn was overswept by guilt , this is who she had killed.

"I know you feel guilty , you were a peacekeeper , you had no choice" Pilot siad , as if she had known Aeryn's thoughts "do , you want to go back to Moya before letting go , it will help , eases the pain of loosing those you love"

Aeryn looked at her and answered simpely "yes"

the area around them fafded , and was replaced by one of Moya's many rooms . Crichton was sitting in the corner , he blamed himself . Aeryn knew it wasn't his fault , Scorpius had been to blame .

Now they were in Pilots chamber . Stark sat near his consell . Pilot looked upset , he'd taken the death of aeryn badly , oblivious to the fact that Her spirit was in the room. Stark , had now left , shortly after pilot burst into tears

"Aeryn" siad Moya's first pilot , "only when you can let go they can too , I think we should go back"

Aeryn took one last look at pilot at then they were back

"I am ready now , to enter the darkness"

She looked around the vast plane and closed her eyes , and let go.
