What are Essential Oils?

Do not use in epilepsy cases:Hyssop, Juniper Tar and Savory.
Never apply directly to the skin or used in the bath bergamot, clove, lemon, lemongrass, lime, melissa, orange, oregano, peppermint. Prolonged inhalation that may cause headaches: camphor and ylang-ylang.Do not use during pregnancy: Basil, Birch Tar,Cederwood, Clove, Savory, Cypress, Fennel Seeds, Jasmine, Juniperberry, Laurel Leaves, Hawthorn Berries, Marjorm Herbs, Myrrh,Mint,Peppermint, Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender an the Rose.
Do not use in cases of high blood pressure: Hyssop, Juniper Tar, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme.
What is AROMATHERAPY?
Using Essential Oils nourish the body, mind, emotions and spirit through the chemical constituents and sensual aroma of the essential oils which are given to us from a beautiful plant.
Therapeutic essential oils applied to relax points and chakras on the skin or through inhalation, can relieve stress and restore balance to the emotions and physical body.
Are the cells affected?
They have been shown to enhance oxygen uptake, absorption and utilization which assures appropriate transport of any nutrients to the cells of the body.
An essential oil has the ability in its chemical structure to penetrate the cell wall and transport oxygen and nutrients inside the cell thus increasing cellular oxygen and giving more support to the immune system.
Essential oils increase ozone and negative ions in the home, which inhibit bacteria growth. They remove dust particles in the air and, when diffused in the home, can be a natural air filtration system.
Essential Oils has shown that it may help create an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc. cannot live!

The art of taking baths. You will enjoy and crate your own mixes. Water must be warm and bathing should last for 30 minutes for full benefits. Never pour the essential oil directly in the water, always dilute with almond oil. Down below, a few examples of oil baths mix.
