Primary Winding
The Primary Winding was constructed with 9.5 turns of 0.25" refrigeration tubing wound on 4 pine yokes bolted to a 1m diameter round chipboard base.  I could not buy the right length of pipe, so I will have to splice in another 1.5 turns.  The ideal number of turns is actually 11.  As you can see, there are cutouts in the yoke for the extra 1.5 turns.
18/3/2000: Added an extra turn and remade the strike rail out of 1/4" tubing..
19/3/2001: Made pvc pipe Connectors for connecting the power supply and fitted them to the front panel near the selector shaft and air supply pipe.  Also fitted bolts to support frame to connect the earth spikes to.  Photos should be posted soon.
20/5/2001: The EHT Wiring is now in place, the caps, bleed resisters and spark gap are wired up.  Bought a 12v fan to use for the spark gap.  Also made up the EHT leads for the power feed and earth connectors.
