The safe, fun learning enviornment that awaits most children is to others a place of chaos, of despair, of fear. These are the children this site is dedicated to, those children who each day face new challenges and overcome new obstacles in their attempts to learn what so many take for granted.
The purpose of this site is to provide insight and information about Attention Deficit Disorder, Autism and Sensory Integration Therapy. Regrettably there is no cure for ADD or Autism, for if there were, the person holding the cure would be the wealthiest individual on this planet and there would be no need for sites such as this.
When dealing with ADD and Autism, as well as many other disorders, there are those who will claim to have a secret that works miracles. My word of warning is simple, if it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is not true. You must follow your instincts, and trust your heart, and ultimately you must do what you think is right for your own child, as you know your child better than anyone else.
