The purpose of Favorite Teen And Young Starlets.Com (The Family Friendly Message Board) is to post about Teen & Young Starlets, talk about our everyday lives, and have fun; humour is encouraged.
Keep all humor and language 'G' rated.

Favorite Teen and Young Starlets.Com Message Board is jointly managed by the "FT&YS.Com" Board owner, a Committee and a Charter Guardian. The Charter Guardian will speak for and enforce the Charter by email, or posting when members have violated a section of our Charter.

The Spokesperson/CoSpokesperson, Charter Guardian, or any other committee member, when they are not available, have full authority to end threads and handle problems which may arise on the board.
Anyone who disregards a directive of the Spokesperson/Co-Spokesperson or Charter Guardian may be banned with out further notice!

I want this to be an enjoyable messageboard, but as with any message board there must be rules for the protection of its members.
Please read the board rules below before posting.

Please do not bring arguments or hard feelings being discussed on other boards into this message board. This board is not to be used for postings or discussions that harass, embarrass, defame, threaten, or that are offensive to members or posters of this board or other boards and the members that post in them.

Favorite Teen And Young Starlets.Com is a HTML board, therefore, only "text" and "text HTML" are acceptable. Anything using Vid-Caps are NOT acceptable.

The posting of pornographic or nude pictures, or links to pornographic web sites is not allowed. Likewise, the use of foul language or cursing will not be allowed.
The use or posting of any of the above WILL result in immediate banning from the board.

You are free to discuss differing opinions in answering a poster's question, but not "argue" about your opinion with another member/poster and cause hard feelings.
If the board management ever feels that someone is no longer just discussing a subject and it has gotten to the point of anger, FT&YS.COM Management will ask that the thread be ended. If the thread continues, FT&YS.COM Management will have no choice but to delete the thread.

NO discussion of Racial hatred, bigotry, or the condemning of any member's/poster's personal beliefs or religion will be allowed in any form.

Please don't post personal information in the group, such as your home address, telephone number, where you work, etc. E-MAIL ADDRESSES ARE NOT REQUIRED AT this Board. Remember this board is for all ages. However, we do suggest that any person under of age of 13 ask for permission from a parent before posting here or ANYWHERE on the internet.
A Board Management Team can only keep peace and harmony inside the Board and will delete a thread he/she feels that doesn't fit our format.
By posting in "Favorite Teen & Young Starlets.Com" you agree NOT to hold the board owner (Lisa Roxia or Roxia Communications) liable in the unlikely event of damages suffered due to interaction with other posters.

Please do not post personal items "for sale" OR any type of "for sale" ads on this Board.
This is not a forum to conduct business for sale or trade, but a place for discussion of topics which will be of interest and helpful to others.

Discussing about Starlets and Ourselves can be very enjoyable with friends, and that's the way the discussions must be kept, in a friendly atmosphere without anger, or the use of foul language.
Anyone that is unable to have a "friendly" discussion without causing hard feelings towards the rest of the group will have to be removed for the safety and enjoyment of the majority of members.

If you have any complaints, comments or suggestions regarding the general format of "FT&YS.Com", its content, mamagement team or the committee, please email them to one, or all of the listed committee members (below). Do not post them to the board, as this could lead to disruption of the normal flow of this boards main purpose.

The board owner and the appointed committee reserve the right to amend the above charter, as and when necessary, in order to maintain the boards primary objective and to ensure a safe posting environment.
Any major changes will be posted to the board for your information.
