| Halloween 2000 - Sam is either a bear cub, or, as some smart-alecy 4th grader informed me, Simba from the Lion King. Our neighbors invited all the kids over for a pre-trick-or-treating snack, so we got to see everyone dressed up. |

| We went to see a stage version of "Bear in the Big Blue House" in mid-November. Bear is the only TV show Sam watches, and he was thrilled to see Bear, Tutter, Ojo, Pip & Pop and especially Treelo on stage right in front of him. It was very warm in the theater, and Sam had only gotten a 20 minute nap, so his cheeks were BRIGHT red. |
