| This is what CLAIR, MEXT and the JET Program mean when they say "internationalization." CLAIR and the JET Program (only spelled "Programme" to those clinging to the ideals of empire past) put out a desk calendar each year with photos of the Japan experience. This photo, while it would never make it onto such a calendar, is a perfect representation of what the job consists of outside the classroom. | |||||||
