Express Yourself Media will pay shipping cost on CD delivered to customer but charges are extra for tapes that are requested for return. Insurance is optional for returning tape but recommended. Our promotional 14.99/hr rate is based on a total 6 hours of video submitted for archiving (full tape on EP play). Each CD will hold approximately 1/2hr of video to maintain quality rate near or as good as the condition received by VHS or 8mm Tape. 30day Guarantee: If your are not fully satisfied with the quality or workmanship, we will refund your charge upon receipt of CD. Due to the time and care taken in editing your videos, video editing is nor refundable but will discuss re-editing parts where you are not fully satisfied.
