Age: 12 and Under          10 and Under           8 and Under Age Cutoff Date: April 30 Cost: $475 Where: Foster City, California (just south of San Francisco) When: July 15-19, 2009 -Minimum Games Guaranteed: 3 -Balls provided -1st  and 2nd Place Team Trophy and Individual Trophies
