HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 2 large Potatoes, paired & sliced 2-3 medium Carrots, sliced 1-10 oz. pkg Frozen peas, partially thawed 2 medium Onions, sliced Salt & Pepper to taste 2 stalks Celery, chopped 1-1/2 pounds Hamburger, fbrowned & drained 1-1/4 C Water 1tbsp Cornstarch Place layers in crock pot as given in recipe and season each layer. Place ground meat on top. Mix cornstarch and water and pour on top. Cook on HIGH - 3 to 4 hours or LOW - 7 to 9 hours. Stirring occasionaly. |
