Ingredients: 1(12.3onz.)box of extra firm silken tofu
3Tablespoons of lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional*For a richer mixture add 1-2 T olive oil*
Instructions: Process all ingredients in a blender or food processer until very smooth. Keep in covered container in the refridgerator for up to a week.
