The bases and creed of this philosophical term would be the existence of a Cosmic or Universal Spirit creator of the Universe in all and each one of its points and in all and each one of the instants of the time.
So, any cosmic creativity is the manifestation of the intelligence and sensibility that the Cosmic Spirit has and that we can summarize in the next ones:
Intelligence:
Intelligence would produce all type of physical and mathematics laws, of structuring, etc, that
-forming a group of intelligent performance- could build the Universe in all and each one of its points.
Sensitivity:
Sensitivity would be the base, performance impulse and creation of everythinng.
Creative necessity:
This quality would impel to the previous qualities to show and to feel alive by means of the creation of the Universe, all that due to the necessity of the Cosmic Spirit of feel alive when manifesting all its attributions and peculiarities.
Therefore the cosmic creation can be considered as a creative “thought” of the Cosmic o Universal Spirit who using primary intelligent creations as can be space and time, goes mounting a creative scenario of great wealth and fecundity where he can manifest all his sensitive and intelligent qualities.

Creativity and Evolution.
Creativity and evolution are two similar forms of intelligent performance, to know, of managing the capacity of relating facts, data and knowledge to obtain other ones more complex and developed, that is to say, more evolved or creative results.
The evolution is the creativity that Nature uses to make its creations.
Nevertheless it must be supported by a quasi infinite series of laws of physical and mathematics guidelines (and of any other type), which represent the intelligent concepts that are interrelated to give the pertinent results. So the evolution is managed through the intelligent principles settled down previously.
We could define this way to the evolution as a global performance of creativity.
Also the human creativity is supported by the data and knowledge that our mind contains, but it is carried out in very reduced ambits in any aspect, such as our mind is.
Therefore when I bet for a Spirit Universal creator of everything, it should be understood he is the creator and producer of all the basic elements of intelligence that manages the Cosmos, which uses performances so much evolutionary as creative.
Evolutionary because in the construction of the Universe a global and autonomous intelligent performance exists that acts for itself, interrelating cosmic elements and giving consequent results with this intelligent performance.
Creative because all these obtained results on creative facts consist, which produce intelligent and sensitive manifestations to any scale can be valued particularly also.
