Cheese Mashed Potatoes

This makes a wonderful side dish to your holiday meals. good anytime

5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup green onions, including tops, minced

2 tbsp. butter, melted

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. butter

Paprika

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain. Mash.

2. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Place in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 375º for 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
