Cabbage Patch Noodles

4 ounces thin egg noodles

2 pounds green cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1 tablespoon sugar

Salt and pepper

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. A few minutes before serving, saute cabbage in butter over medium heat to desired doneness. Sprinkle with sugar and stir in cooked noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
