PUMPKIN CREAM PIE

1 cup Solid Pack Pumpkin

1 package (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding

1 cup milk

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 cup whipped topping

1 baked pie shell (9 inches)

1. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, pudding, milk and spice; add whipped topping.

2. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Yield: 8 servings.
