Supernatural Shooting Season

Spooky South Wales ghosts were in for a shock, for in February of this year it was supernatural shooting season.
There was no point running for your Ghostbuster`s mobiles, this is the 21st century after all so any hunting was done from the safety of our computer screens.

Internet company Fututre365 installed digital web-cams in haunted buildings across the country.  Its website, which is dedicated to the unexplained and paranormal held a National Ghost Watch Month in March of this year(2001).

Future365 believes that because their web-cams are ultra sensitive in all lighting conditions, they may be able to pick up what the human eye can miss.
The camera`s were kept on permanently throughout the month and anyone with access to a computer were able to watch for themselves by logging onto the Future365 web-site, which is unfortunately no longer available.  Any sightings were recorded and posted up so there was no need for midnight vigils.

One particular ghost that may have had reason to worry about her solitude lives at the Captain`s Wife pub in Sully.  Seen by several members of staff and regulars, the young woman wearing a crinolene dress wanders around the pub.  According to legend she was involved in a love triangle which led to the death of her, her lover and her husband.

As well as the occasional sighting, glasses, bottles and saucepans have been known to fly unexpectedly across the bar at the pub.

A bar supervior says he has seen her several times in the six years he has worked there.  "I have honestly seen her walk up the stairs," he said.  "She is a misty figure wearing a black crinlene dress.  Everything goes freezing cold and then there she is.  We`ve had glasses and bottles flying around for no reason.  I`ve got a scar on my forehead to prove it."

Katy Lewis, editor of Future365, hoped that a concerted effort would produce some interesting results.  "This is a serious project but we hope it will be a lot of fun too", she said.  "We might not see anything constantly watching our screens, but I have a feeling that the camera`s have a real chance of capturing something in the small hours, which we can then replay.  Perhaps this is a chance for someone whose claims have fallen on deaf ears tp prove their point.  Katy then went on to say that they would like people to contact them so that their ghost detective could investigate.
As of yet, I don`t know what happened during the month of March so I`m going to email Will Smale the reporter of this article and get back to you with anything else he knows.
