Here is the Harmony VFD station. Build in 1979 as a 3 bay station with a kitchen, it was expanded in 1988 to a 5 bay station, then in 1997 it was expanded to its current size as a 7 bay station with a kitchen and meeting and classroom area. The station houses all of the departments equipment as well as has lockers for the firefighters equipment, hose drying rack, office area, communications equipment, generator in case of a power outage, storage area, and a maintenance bay to work on different things at the station. |
