U.S. Army Reserve is the active federal reserve force.
These proud reserve soldiers, men and women, have families that remain home during times
of extended training and deployment. This page is intended to
provide an Information Link to help find answers to those questions concerning
the Army Reserve Family. By providing these connections, timely answers can be
found. Your family can prepare before your unit of assignment is
notified of any future deployment.
An Army Reservist is an important individual that faces the challenge to juggle military duties,
a civilian job, and family obligations. Too often in that challenge, important
information gets misplaced. This site is a way to
get information to the soldier, the family, and the unit coordinator of the Family
Readiness Group.
In New York State, the 77th Regional Support Command (RSC) Family Readiness Center has
the mission to prepare and assist the families of soldiers. The Center has a
speakers' bureau of volunteers that can support units on a variety of family
readiness topics..
Let me know what you think about this page. I am a
volunteer on Family Readiness.
