eDrugs Software
eDrugs software programs are drug information programs for PDA's.  There are two basic programs.  They are eDrugsData and eDrugsRenal.

eDrugsData contains information on over 2,450 generic drug listings.  It gives the generic name, trade names, use or class, usual dose, pregnancy risk factor and additional information for each listing.  It contains over 12,000 drug names and dosage forms.

eDrugsRenal contains recommended dosage adjustments for patients with renal inpairment.  It lists over 560 different drugs and has over 2,500 dosage adjustment recommendations.  Multiple recommendations are listed where available.

Each of the programs are available in four formats.  They are available in HanDBase format, MobileDB Lite format, JFile 5.0 format and JFile 4.0 format.

All four of the above formats can be used with PDA's using the Palm OS operating system.  The first one (HanDBase format) can also be used on Pocket PC based PDA's.

The respective database program (HanDBase, MobileDB Lite, or JFile) must be installed onto your PDA in order to open the eDrugs program.  Once the database program and the eDrugs program are installed onto your PDA, use the database program icon to open the eDrugs programs
