this was a bit of a surprise release in 1991, because the band really didn't have a new album out...after "mixed up" and well before "wish." but this is actually a kind of documentary of the life of the band's activities in a week's time... the first tracks are from the secret gig at the london t&c club...a different feel and early working versions of "wendy time" and "cut," which was called "away." the second group of songs were taken from the great british music weekend gig...a huge show at wembley with a number of other groups...the band taped mtv unplugged that week, and this video includes the rehearsals of both "the blood" and "the walk" in a rehearsal studio...then two performances from the taping. and the last song "never enough" was taken from the cure's performance at the brit awards.
