Pastor Pedro Pires

- Married to Ruth Pires, they have an 9 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. Pastor
Pedro had his training in theology in Lisbon, Portugal in 1986. He was the Executive
Producer of hundreds of Radio and T.V. broadcastings. Our Senior Pastor was involved in
evangelizing youth involved in drugs and crime related problems. He started his ministry
in Lisbon, Portugal where he established a prison ministry. During the Expo-98 in the
capital of Portugal he oversaw a of several musical concerts. He arrived in Canada in
1999 to pastor the Portuguese Pentecostal Church of Edmonton. He helped found the
"Shamgar Rescue Project" - an Inner City outreach ministry.
