Message Board excerpts from from Tom Doherty (Host of the Trail Ride III):

Great Run Guys! Thanks for wheeling with me, I had a ball. Actually, for a Newbie run,
it was more "+" than Newbie! I don't remember seeing anyone go around any obstacles!

The major calamity was my daughter had set my camera on macro and I didn't detect it
until the end of the run. All my pictures are shot. Sorry guys, I wanted to get a lot of
pictures for ya but it just didn't work out.

Other than that, the run was flawless. The trucks were reliable (of course, that's why we
bought them!), the drivers were VERY disciplined (made guiding very easy!), and the snow
made the run interesting!

I love that area, it's got it all! We never got over to the Canal section, that's where the
rocks are. I was cracking up watching all the drivers at the play areas. It's neat to see
how different drivers find different lines. Much more fun than riding alone.

I was very pleased that there were no problems, considering the amount of territory we
covered and the difficulty of the obstacles. Airing down really makes a huge difference
off road, especially on the soft sand. The snow did increase the difficulty of the obstacles,
especially the off camber sections.

It would be great if we could plan a run every few months.

I enjoyed meeting you all and seeing the mods you have done on your trucks.

I look forward to the NEXT run!.
