How To Fight
Its confusing but I trust that you will learn real fast...  Firstly the speed determines who goes first.  You only get one dodge per battle...  For every 50,000 PL you have on Speed is another dodge added to your character.  Person with 150,000 speed will have 4 dodges total...  Other than dodging you can take the hit of "Power Struggle" the attack only if it is with the same type of attack(Energy vs Energy and Strength vs Strength attacks)...  If you "Power Struggle" your opponets attack then you counter attack your opponets attack thrown to you so that you can avoid damage and then possibly deal some damage to your opponet.  Of course when Power Struggleing, you will "Power Out" afterwards which leaves you vunerable for one turn so you cannot dodge or counter the next attack thrown at you...  Of course no one says your opponet cant dodge the Power Struggle...  If your opponet still has a dodge left I suggest not Power Struggleing...  Anyway, in order to fight it takes turns...  In one turn you may either attack, use an item, use a technique, or simply pass...  You take turns untill your opponet loses all of his Vitality.  When that happens then you are KOed...  The last man standing has a decesion...  They can steal the opponets items, cut off the opponets tail(only if the opponet is a Saiyajin and you have something like a sword), or you can just kill your opponet and send him to the next dimension.  In order to kill your opponet you must use a Medium, Strong, or Elite Energy Attack or jab them with a sword.  You must of course have enough KI left in order to perform the attack to kill...  A person in flight cannot be attacked if the opponet throws a Physical attack and is on the ground.  Use common sense...  It takes one turn to be in flight and another turn to get out of flight if you have Flight learned...  The winner of the fight will receive a certain amount of points as well as the loser...  Check out NoteX4...  You can also "Unprovoke Battle" someone.  When this happenes that means this warrier that has done this has caught you off guard.  The person that says Unprovoked Battle goes first since he started it and the fight is on.  You MUST fight when this happens.  If you leave for WHATEVER REASON then you will be deducted points.  Before any type of battle though you must show your opponet your states and power level.

When you use a...
-Weak Attack, you may perform any other attack that you desire and have
-Medium attack, you may perform any weak attack
-Strong Energy attack, you may perform any medium attack or weak attack
-Elite Attack, you must first take one turn to charge up the Elite attack no mater what it is.  After using it you may not perform an energy attack for two turns and you must use a weak strength attack for those two turns
-Techniques do not take up a turn.  So once you use a technique you may attack right after that

Note: You do not have to use the rules right above this once your opponet is KOed and you are deciding to either kill them or not.  Just as long as you have enough KI to perform the attack then you can kill your opponet.  Like if you KO your opponet with a medium attack, above says that you must use a weak attack next.  Well not in this case once your opponet is KOed.  You can use a medium attack again to kill him if you desire.

NoteX2: You can only fight once a day.  But if you have already fought and some other fighter unprovoke fights you then you are forced into fighting.  You will not be awarded points for the second fight.  Only the person that has not fought yet for the day will earn points.  So if you have fought already, dont bother going for a second time on the same day cause you will not be awared points.

NoteX3: These Unprovoked battles are getting way out of hand...  So this is the deal...  Some fights arent even interesting to watch because u can easily predict whos going to win if you have a stop technique and unprovoke someone...  So this is the new rule from now on...  If you unprovoke battle someone...  U WILL NOT be able to use ANY technique to start the fight off...  You can only use an attack...

NoteX4: 1 vs 1 singles competition: Winner: 1,000 points, Loser: 500...  1 vs 1 vs 1 triple threat competition: Winner: 1,500 points, 2nd: 1,000 points, Loser: 500 points...  1 vs 1 vs 1 vs 1 fatal four way competition: Winner: 2,000 points, 2nd: 1,500 points, 3rd: 1,000 points, Loser: 500 points...  If there is a handicap fight, then the winner will get 1,500 points and loser gets 1,000 points...  Since this rule is in affect, the amount of times u fight during a day is unlimited...  But, you will not be awarded points if the fight sucks, and or if you fight the exact same person again in the same day...  Extra bonus points will be awarded by me, if I think your fight deserves it...  The amount determined is up to me...  You are also not allowed to fight masters as a regular battle for points...  If you fight one, then its because of your rp...  But you will not be awarded points for your fight with a master...  And you can't continuously fight a master, unless its part of your rp with them...
